Everything it takes to be an ISO

Bank sponsorship, network registration, compliance, insurance, audits. We carry all of it. You run your machines.

What it takes to be an ISO

Most operators never look into it. The ones who do usually stop there.

A sponsoring bank

Every ISO runs under a bank's sponsorship, and the bank charges for it — a recurring fee before a single transaction is processed. And the bank doesn't take just anyone.

Network registration

Direct registration across the card and EFT networks — Visa, Mastercard, STAR, Pulse, NYCE, Accel and more. Roughly $18,000 to register, then around $16,000 every year to stay registered.

Insurance

Specific coverage is required to hold registration: $2 million in general liability, a $1 million fidelity bond, a $2 million umbrella policy, and workers' compensation.

Compliance and audits

PCI attestation, quarterly reporting to the networks, annual reviews, and on-site audits — conducted at your expense, on their schedule.

A business that qualifies

Financial statements, tax returns, and background checks on every principal. The bank underwrites you the way a lender would, and keeps doing it. If your business isn't solid, you don't get in.

That's the barrier. Tens of thousands of dollars, months of paperwork, and a business clean enough to pass a bank's review — before you process a single transaction.

We already did.

Everything on that list, we carry. You run under our sponsorship and our registrations — so the wall isn't yours to climb.

✓

✓

You never talk to a network.

✓

You never file a compliance attestation.

✓

You never sit an audit.

You never underwrite anything.

We built this to run thousands of operators. The apparatus is already standing, already paid for, already passing every review. You plug into it.

What it looks like day to day

Mostly, it looks like nothing. That's the point.

The paperwork just happens

We prepare your compliance documents, file them, and chase the signatures. Renewals and deadlines are tracked on our side, so nothing lapses between reviews.

You can see all of it

Every document we hold for you is filed where you can always get to it — not buried in an inbox or sitting on someone's laptop. When something's completed, it's there.

Every terminal is covered

Deploy a machine and it's included. There's no separate enrollment, no per-terminal paperwork, and nothing new to sign each time you grow.

The audit isn't your problem

When a review comes, we're the ones who prepared for it. Your file is current because keeping it current is what we do.

You run the machines. We keep the paperwork that lets you.

Switching is simpler than you'd think

No downtime, no new hardware, no gap in service. Your machines keep running while you move.

1) You sign the agreement.

Online, in one sitting. Nothing to print or post.

2) You add your machines.

Tell us the terminals you run and we set them up on our platform.

3) Each terminal gets reprogrammed.

About fifteen minutes per machine, on site. Moving a large fleet? We can send someone to handle it.

4) You're running under us.

Nothing goes offline during the switch. When it's done, your processing, compliance, and reporting all sit in one place.

Most of the work is ours. Your part is the signature and letting us in to reprogram.

You run the machines. We'll carry the rest.

The apparatus is already built. Sign up and plug into it.

No sales calls · No hidden fees · No competing fleet
